If you are not satisfied
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service delivered by Löwenthal Skandevall Försäkring AB, you must contact us as soon as possible.
If you have a complaint, you should primarily contact the employee at Löwenthal Skandevall Försäkring AB whom you have been in contact with regarding the matter to which the complaint relates. Should you remain dissatisfied after this, you can proceed by contacting the Complaints Officer at Löwenthal Skandevall Försäkring AB in writing.
When submitting a complaint in writing, please attach copies of relevant documents. It is helpful if you specify which employees at Löwenthal Skandevall Försäkring AB you have been in contact with regarding the matter, and when these contacts took place.
If the complaint is regarded as a simple error or misunderstanding, this will be rectified as soon as possible. If we cannot answer your case within 14 days of receiving the complaint, you will receive written information about this as well as information about the continued handling of your case.

How to proceed further
If you are not satisfied after submitting a written complaint and having your case processed, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). You can also get free help from bodies such as the Swedish Consumers' Banking and Finance Bureau, the Swedish Consumers' Insurance Bureau, and the consumer guidance service in your municipality.
